FALL 2018 PRODUCTION DISCUSSION
Poster is to be created by Rebecca Burrows. We will need press releases by mid September. Rehearsals resume on August 15. Set to be built on August 27th. Barbara Metcalf to be added as sound design and operator. Whom will design and produce program is pending.
Thanks to Vonda Croissant we netted almost $1,400.00. Vonda worked tirelessly with on line and in person sales. Plus she singlehandedly cleaned the entire green room. Thank you Vonda!!YPDG got other members involved with donations etc. Moira Fox created the poster.
ARTS ON THE AVENUE
The Ladysmith festival is August 26 form 10 am – 4 pm. The tent will be set up by Armando and Vonda at 8 am. We need 3 shifts of 2 people. Eleanor volunteered to find and schedule those people.
MURDER MYSTERY 2019
Another play “Murder is no Jive” by Brian March will be performed on February 9. The theme will be 50’s prom night. 50’s style food, e.g. burgers and hotdogs will be served.
SPRING 2019 PRODUCTION
“Outside Mullingar” by John Patrick Shanley will be directed by Armando dos Santos. He would like to hold auditions in 3 weeks on or about September 8.
Armando would like for Erik Tully to inventory equipment and identify plan B’s in case of equipment failures during productions.
CHRISTMAS SHOW 2019 is canceled because the director, Barry Baker has a schedule conflict.
